TYSAPA is looking for a Product & Client Solutions Lead to turn client problems into clear, deliverable digital solutions. This is one of the most important early roles because TYSAPA’s work starts with understanding how organizations actually operate: their documents, approvals, records, handoffs, bottlenecks, data gaps, reporting needs, and decision points.
This role combines product management, business analysis, solution consulting, and delivery leadership. The right candidate should be able to sit with a client, understand the operational problem, define what should be digitized, identify what can be automated, decide where AI is genuinely useful, and coordinate with engineering, AI, design, QA, and deployment teams to deliver a working system.
This is not a pure sales role and not a traditional project coordinator role. It is a practical product-and-delivery role for someone who can connect business needs with technical execution.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand workflows, documents, systems, users, pain points, and operational risks.
- Translate client needs into product requirements, user stories, workflow maps, data fields, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
- Define practical solution scopes across workflow digitization, automation, document processing, dashboards, and AI-assisted decision support.
- Identify where AI can create measurable value and where simpler workflow or software logic is more appropriate.
- Coordinate delivery across software engineering, AI/data, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
- Manage project roadmap, timeline, milestones, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and client communication.
- Prepare solution briefs, product specifications, implementation plans, demo scripts, and client-facing documentation.
- Support proposals, pilot planning, workshops, user acceptance testing, training, and rollout.
- Track business outcomes such as reduced manual work, shorter cycle times, stronger traceability, improved visibility, and better decision support.
- Help convert repeated client needs into reusable TYSAPA product modules and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, digital transformation, business analysis, consulting, software delivery, or client solution design.
- Strong ability to analyze business workflows and convert them into structured technical requirements.
- Good understanding of software platforms, dashboards, document workflows, automation, AI use cases, and data systems.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, project scopes, and product documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scope, priorities, risks, and delivery expectations.
- Familiarity with AI, RAG, OCR, workflow automation, BI dashboards, CRM/ERP systems, or enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience in operations, finance, healthcare operations, real estate, logistics, education, professional services, or public-sector workflows is helpful.
