Full-Stack Platform Engineer — Workflow, Dashboard & AI-Enabled Systems | Careers

TYSAPA is looking for a Full-Stack Platform Engineer to build reliable, scalable, and professional digital platforms for real business operations. This role is central to almost every TYSAPA project: commercial document workflows, invoice automation, AI-assisted dashboards, collaboration platforms, meeting intelligence tools, QR-linked asset systems, secure file exchange, customer touchpoint tracking, and internal operational systems.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, database, APIs, authentication, permissions, dashboards, workflow logic, and integrations. The role requires more than creating attractive screens. It requires building systems that are maintainable, secure, role-aware, auditable, and ready for real users.

Role & responsibilities

Build modern web applications, dashboards, portals, admin panels, workflow systems, and client-facing platforms.
Develop frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar technologies.
Build backend APIs, database models, authentication, role-based access, permissions, notifications, and integrations.
Implement workflow features such as tasks, approvals, document status, audit trails, user roles, comments, reminders, and reporting.
Integrate AI/data services into production applications through APIs and backend workflows.
Build reusable components and modules that can support multiple TYSAPA products and client projects.
Work with product leads, AI engineers, designers, and QA/DevOps to deliver stable releases.
Improve application performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and user experience.
Support deployment troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
Contribute to technical architecture decisions for MVPs, client-specific platforms, and productized modules.

Requirements

Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern full-stack development.
Experience with REST APIs, database design, authentication, authorization, file handling, and backend architecture.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Prisma, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, secure, and production-ready code.
Experience building dashboards, SaaS platforms, workflow systems, portals, admin panels, or enterprise web applications.
Understanding of role-based access control, audit trails, data validation, and business logic.
Ability to convert product requirements and wireframes into working software features.
Experience integrating AI, OCR, document workflows, analytics, messaging, WebRTC, or real-time features is a strong advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving technical team.
