Full-Stack Platform Engineer — Workflow, Dashboard & AI-Enabled Systems
Build the core web platforms, portals, dashboards, workflow modules, APIs, databases, and user-facing systems behind TYSAPA’s products and client projects.
TYSAPA is looking for a Full-Stack Platform Engineer to build the core software systems behind its products and client projects. This role is central to TYSAPA’s work because most solutions require real platforms: dashboards, portals, admin panels, workflow systems, document tools, approval flows, analytics screens, APIs, databases, permissions, and integrations.
The ideal candidate should be able to work across frontend and backend development, with a strong understanding of maintainable code, role-based access, database structure, workflow logic, and production readiness. The focus is not only building nice screens, but building systems that clients can actually use in daily operations.
This role is especially relevant to TYSAPA’s products and case-study areas, including document workflows, AI email operations, QR/campaign systems, secure file sharing, meetings, messaging, operational dashboards, and client-specific workflow platforms.
Role & responsibilities
- Build modern web applications, dashboards, portals, admin panels, and workflow systems.
- Develop frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar technologies.
- Build backend APIs, database models, authentication, authorization, user roles, and permissions.
- Implement workflow features such as tasks, approvals, statuses, comments, notifications, audit trails, and reporting.
- Integrate AI/data services into web applications through APIs and backend workflows.
- Build reusable components and modules that can support multiple TYSAPA products and client projects.
- Work with product leads, AI/data engineers, designers, and QA/DevOps to deliver stable releases.
- Improve performance, security, maintainability, reliability, and user experience.
- Support debugging, testing, technical documentation, and deployment preparation.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions for MVPs, internal tools, and client platforms.
Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web development.
- Experience with REST APIs, database design, authentication, authorization, and backend architecture.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Prisma, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, secure, and production-ready code.
- Experience building dashboards, SaaS platforms, admin panels, workflow systems, portals, or enterprise web applications.
- Understanding of role-based access control, audit trails, data validation, and business logic.
- Ability to convert requirements and wireframes into practical software features.
- Experience with AI integrations, document workflows, analytics dashboards, messaging, WebRTC, or real-time features is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a small team where responsibilities may cross frontend, backend, and deployment support.
